Michelle founded CSL Solutions in May 1993 and currently serves as the companies CEO. Michelle began her career in 1989 by launching two separate employment companies before venturing on her own in 1993 and forming Certified Staff Leasing, now named CSL Solutions. Michelle and CSL were finalists in the Sacramento Workplace Excellence Awards and ranked in the Top 25 Women in Business 6 years in a row. Michelle loves to cycle and spend time in Lake Tahoe, biking and hiking with her family.
Vivian joined CSL in 2003, bringing decades of payroll experience from various companies. Vivian manages payroll operations and payroll tax compliance for hundreds of businesses throughout California, while making time to provide customer care at the highest level. Her expertise includes job costing reports, prevailing wage payroll and commissioned pay schedules. Viv is an avid jazz fan and enjoys spending time with her family.
Trista joined the CSL team in 2008, bringing with her over 14 years HR Management experience. Trista leads the Human Resource department, ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws. She is specialized in assisting clients with day to day employee matters, new hiring, benefit enrollment, conflict resolution and implementing new HR initiatives. Trista teaches Jazzercise and love to spend time with her husband and teenage daughter.
Bailey joined CSL in 2012 and currently serves as CSL’s “Rock Star” Office Manager. Bailey is CSL’s client liaison and customer service specialist, assisting with Workers Compensation renewals, certificates and audits.
