When it’s time to hire new employees, we streamline the process for you. New hires can personally visit our local office and complete the necessary hiring paperwork. They will receive orientation, and be given an employee handbook, onboarding compliance pamphlets, and a brief introduction to CSL. We process all employee verification (via e-verify), background checks, and drug screening for prospective employees when requested. Another new hire option is to have employees complete their paperwork electronically, speeding up turnaround time and getting them to work right away. Our user-friendly, no-stress, paperless system will usher your employees through the hiring process painlessly.
